Cool Plus started in 1993 without venture capital, foreign parent companies, or inherited infrastructure — just 3 people with a conviction that Nigeria deserved world-class HVAC&R engineering.
The trajectory from that bridge to continental — and soon global — leadership wasn't accidental. It was realised through Dedication, Integrity, Innovation, Competence, and Excellence. Thirty years later, we are Africa's No. 1 Climate Engineers.
Today we operate across Technical Services (TSD), Client Services, Finance, HR, HSOE, and Business Development — all managed through our fully integrated ERP platform.
